Minimum trade order £75.00 excluding VAT

Carriage charged at £8.95

Carriage free on orders over £175.00 excluding VAT (UK mainland only)

Carriage free on orders over £250 (for Highlands, Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands)

Overseas orders carriage at cost.

We do not allow our products to be sold on Amazon unless otherwise authorised.

Payment

Pre payment is required for the first 2 orders

All goods are supplied on a proforma basis until credit facilities can be established.

To open an account two trade references, a bank reference and company letterhead are required. Payment in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank.

Invoices remaining unpaid after 60 days will incur a 8% charge per month in accordance

with the finance act 1997.

Accounts inactive for one year will be automatically closed.

Product development and supply considerations may necessitate changes in price and specification without notice.

Claims for loss, pilferage or non-delivery cannot be entertained unless particulars are sent to us and the carriers within 10 days of date of notice.

No merchandise returns will be accepted without our prior authorisation.

A 15% handling charge will be made on returned orders that were correctly despatched. Prices and VAT will be charged at the rate prevailing on the date of despatch.

Whilst the risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, until the goods are paid in full, they remain the property of The House of Handicrafts Ltd. Access will be granted upon request.

As all banks now make a charge to represent cheques not cleared on their first presentation, we

regret we must pass these charges on.
